Accessibility Statement

This statement was last updated on 17/01/2026.

We at Orbit are committed to making our website accessible to as many people as possible, regardless of ability or technology.

We aim to meet the requirements of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, which are widely recognised as the standard for accessible websites in the UK.

This means we design and build our site so it is:

  • Clear and easy to navigate

  • Usable with a keyboard as well as a mouse

  • Compatible with screen readers and assistive technologies

  • Structured for readability and logical flow

  • Designed with sufficient colour contrast and legible text

What we’ve done

We’ve taken practical steps to improve accessibility, including:

  • Using clear headings and consistent layouts

  • Ensuring images have meaningful alternative text where appropriate

  • Making links descriptive and easy to understand

  • Avoiding unnecessary animations or flashing content

  • Designing forms with clear labels and error messages

What we’re still improving

Accessibility isn’t a one-off task. We continue to review and improve the site as standards evolve and as we identify areas that can work better for real users.

Some older content or third-party tools may not yet fully meet accessibility standards, but we’re actively working to address this.

Accessibility and our services

Accessibility isn’t just a checkbox for us — it’s part of good digital marketing. Clear, usable websites perform better for everyone, including search engines and real people.

If you want your own website or digital campaigns to be more accessible (and more effective), we can help.
